This project was titled "Virtual Locker" and it was our first assignment of the year! For this project we were told to put in images that identify, represent, and makes us who we are. Some of the items that I put in my locker were images of my favorite books, images of my favorite movies, and pictures of trips, my dog, and my family. I also added a calendar because I would consider myself as someone who is very organized.

This project was titled "Do's and Don't Video" and I had a fun time filming this! We had to come up with a script and film a video about things you should be doing for virtual school and things you should not be doing. I really enjoyed how I approached this video and the overall layout because my video starts off with a day in a life about the things you should be doing, like getting dressed and eating breakfast, and then in the middle it has a recap of the most important things. After this my video transitions to a day in a life of things you should not be doing, like watching TikTok while in class or taking pictures of your classmates and teachers, and again ends with a recap.

Marking Period 2

This project was titled "Regular PSA" and we all had to choose a serious topic that we wanted to cover. At first I was        indecisive of what PSA video I wanted to do and the topic I wanted to cover, but I eventually decided to do cyberbullying and I did a lot of research and looked for credible resources, so that I could mention there statistics in my video and give them credit for it. Overall I had a lot of fun filming this PSA with my twin sister!

Marking Period 3

For this project, we had to plan out and film a Driving PSA, and I had a lot of fun while doing so. For my video I focused on distraction and the importance of not distracting the driver while driving, especially in teens. I also really enjoyed how I was able to put in my video the importance of wearing a mask when being around your friends and I enjoyed how I combined that with my video. I also had to some research so that I could put in statistics in my PSA and overall I really enjoyed the outcome and was thankful to receive help by my friend and twin sister.

For this project we had to plan out and film a music video with a storyline. At first I was having some trouble on choosing a song and a storyline because I was not 100% sure what I wanted to do. After scrolling through my Spotify playlist I came across the song "hello!" by Role Model and decided to go with that song. I was able to get help by my friend and twin sister (by being actors in my music video) and I am beyond happy with the outcome. The storyline that I decided to follow was a break-up/ getting over someone, which is very dramatic but interesting!

For this project we had to make a total of 12 different instagram post, using photoshop, for 12 different slogans. This project was  for our safe driving campaign! At first it was a little challenging for me because I am not the best at photoshopping and could not come up with unique and cool ideas right away, but I am very happy with some of the outcomes of my slogans! They all had to be 504x504 pixels size, and needed to have at least 2 different images blended in together. I was able to get a lot o help and guidance by Mr. Grillo which I am very grateful for, and this project overall made me more familiar and comfortable using all the tools available on photoshop!

For this project, Mr. Grillo wanted us to familiarize/re-familiarize ourselves with some tools in Photoshop/Pixlr, and we had to create a "Jump Out" Image of a person and animal. This project was overall challenging and fun to work on due to the fact that it has been a while that I have used some of the photoshop tools that I needed to.

For this project, we had to Using either Photoshop or Pixlr to create 2 final images that shows us on vacation if we weren’t in a pandemic. For the first one, we had to add our face to an existing picture of a person on vacation someplace.  The original picture had to contain people. We had to use our face and replace the person on vacation. The first project had to consist of our facial features but the hair, ears, and body of another person. For our second project we had to add our full body to an existing picture of a scenic vacation location. We had to make sure that the picture of our body was dressed for the occasion and appropriately for the vacation scene.

For this project we to find a picture of a celebrity and transform them by adding ape features onto them. I chose Billie Eilish  and it was quite fun! For the second project we had to choose a picture/selfie of ourselves and add ape features onto it, which was more challenging for me but I was able to get familiar and more comfortable using the stamp tool.

Baby Picture Project One .jpg

For this project, we had to find 2 baby pictures of ourselves. For one of them we had to place present day us onto a picture of baby us which was challenging to do due to the texture/filter of the baby picture, however I think I did a pretty good job! For the second one we had to insert the baby picture of ourselves into a photo of present day us, which was a lot easier for me to do. Overall this project was fun and challenging.

Line Art Celebrity .jpg

This project was called "Line Art" and we had to do one of a celebrity/movie/show character and one of ourselves. This project was by far my most favorite to do and I enjoyed every second of it. From tracing to coloring both in, it was enjoyable and challenging. For my celebrity, I did Ellen Pompeo who plays Meredith Grey in Grey's Anatomy, and she is someone who I admire. I then did one of myself which was interesting to do!
